CVS Caremark provides pharmacy services through its over 7,000 CVS/pharmacy and Longs Drugs stores; its pharmacy benefit management, mail order and specialty pharmacy division, Caremark Pharmacy Services; its retail-based health clinic subsidiary, MinuteClinic; and its online pharmacy, CVS.com. CVS Caremark Corporation is chartered in Delaware, and is headquartered in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, where its pharmacy business is also headquartered. The pharmacy services business is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. The company was #18 in the 2010 Fortune 500 list of the largest companies in the U.S., and is the largest company that has operations solely in the United States.

As of January 31, 2012, the company operates 8,270 locations across all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1901, and has since expanded throughout the United States. Walgreens is currently headquartered in the nearby suburb of Deerfield, Illinois.

Initially founded as 1-800 Diapers, the company set out delivering consumables, such as diapers, wipes, and formula, to parents with free 1-2 day shipping and a focus on customer service. In late 2008, Diapers.com expanded its selection into far-reaching baby categories, including clothes, car seats, strollers, and toys[1]. Today, Diapers.com is the largest pure play retailer online for everything baby.

Drugstore.com (styled as drugstore.com) is an Internet retailer in health and beauty care products headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. Its web operations were launched on February 24, 1999.
Partnerships with other companies allow customers to pick up prescriptions at Rite Aid stores, enables drugstore.com to sell Rite Aid products, as well as vitamins from retailer General Nutrition Center (GNC). Drugstore.com ended a sourcing deal with Amazon.com in 2005. In addition to the Drugstore.com website, the company also maintains storefronts at: Beauty.com, sexualwellbeing.com, AtHisBest.com, allergysuperstore.com, TheNaturalStore.com, and VisionDirect.com.

Amway Global (formerly known as Quixtar North America) is a multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing company, founded 1959 in Ada, Michigan, United States. It is privately owned by the families of Rich DeVos and Jay Van Andel through Alticor which is the holding company for businesses including Amway, Amway Global, Fulton Innovation, Amway Hotel Corporation, Gurwitch Products, Hatteras Yachts and manufacturing and logistics company Access Business Group.[1] After the launch of Amway Global originally operating under the name Quixtar, it replaced the Amway business in United States, Canada and the Caribbean, with the Amway business continuing to operate in other countries around the world. Company officials confirmed in June 2007 that, over the subsequent 18 to 24 months, Quixtar will merge with its sister companies of Amway organizations around the globe to form under one new name Amway Global
